How does PowerMAX work?
PowerMAX works by sending a signal to your vehicle's ECM altering it's timing curve and fuel mixture. PowerMAX works with any modifications to your vehicle and can be removed at any time to return your vehicle to stock setting (turn on engine before removing).
PowerMAX works with all NA (normal), Turbo, and Supercharged engines.
How do you install PowerMAX?
Installation takes less than 60 seconds. Simply plug PowerMAX into your vehicle's OBD2 port (near the driver side dashboard) and you're good to do. Please refer to our installation page for more information.
How soon does PowerMAX start working?
Our tuner takes around 50-150 miles to start working. PowerMAX needs to calibrate itself to your vehicle's ECU.
Is PowerMAX safe for my vehile?
Yes, not only is PowerMAX completely safe for your vehicle, it also can be easily removed in a matter of seconds with no permanent footprint or memory to your ECU.
Does PowerMAX void my vehicle's warranty?
No. Aftermarket parts are protected by law under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Your vehicle's entire warranty cannot be voided due to the installation of an aftermarket part. Also, PowerMAX does not leave any footprint, traces of installation, or software on your vehicle's computer.

Step 1. Locate your vehicle's OBD2 port. It's usually located under the dashboard on the drivers side) - do not plug in PowerMAX.
Step 2. Turn on your vehicle.
Step 3. Connect PowerMax to your vehicle's OBD2 port - while the car is running.
Step 4. Drive around 50-150 miles to allow PowerMAX to calibrate. When PowerMAX is calibrated, you'll notice the difference!
INSTALLATION NOTES VERY IMPORTANT**
- PowerMAX must stay plugged in to work. If you remove it, you'll have to drive 50-150 miles again for it to work. If you have an emissions test, simply remove the product for testing then plug it back in.
- The LED's on the board are not a specific indication. They are there to ensure the tuner is working properly - if you see no LED's lights please contact us.
- Higher Octane Fuel will increase the benefits of PowerMAX but is not required.
- When you remove PowerMAX your car will go back to stock settings with no memory or footprint.

Our shipping department works from 9am - 9pm EST. Below is a breakdown of shipping timeframes, including the time it takes us to ship out, and the time you should expect your order to arrive.
Standard Shipping:
Time to build and leave our warehouse is around 24 hours.
Time to arrive to your address is around 4-8 days.
Example, if you order on Monday, you're likely to receive your item on Friday or Saturday.
Rush Orders Processing:
Time to build and leave our warehouse is less than 24 hours.
Time to arrive to your address is around 2-4 days.
Example, if you order on Monday, you're likely to receive your item on Wednesday or Thursday.
International Shipping Information:
Canada & USA: We offer free first class mail shipping.
Canada Expedited: We offer priority international shipping for $35.
All other countries: First Class Mail shipping is $25.
International transit times vary by country. International shipping takes anywhere from 4-25 days.
Return Information
Products that have been used:
If you have installed the product and are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us to arrange a return. If the return is mailed back to us within 14 days you will be refunded in full - less shipping costs. If you have used the item and return the item after the 14 day window, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
We do not accept returns after 60 days from date of purchase.
Products that have not been installed:
If your return has not been used, and you return it, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as shipping costs. This is because all parts are made to order and resources are used when building product(s) for your specific order. We'll work with you on a case by case basis to avoid charging this fee.
All returns must be authorized prior to sending back to us. If you mail back a purchase without contacting us, we may not accept your return.
